I highly recommend this company and the hot-air balloon experience in Segovia. We organized for a pick up from Madrid - they communicated well and the driver was on time and really kind. A great experience for everyone. The driver and hot air balloon pilot accommodated to everyone including members with disabilities. This experience is worth every penny. The views were beautiful and breathtaking. Highly recommend Rodrigo and Ishmael. We felt like family and they made the experience more enjoyable. We would do this again in a heart beat.

Well-organised transport and ride! Amazing way to see the surrounding and we went all the way up to the clouds! Safety is always number 1 and I truly love the team there! They will provide a series of photos and GoPro video clip after the trip. Champagne and light brunch on the spot after the ride, with a certificate :-) Highlight of my trip to Madrid!
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The transport service picked us up at our hotel, took our bags, and got us to the train station on the way back. Views over Segovia are worth it. Lots of countryside after that and the buffet was very good as well. Dress warm - everything is outside and early in the morning!
This excursion was excellent from beginning to the end. The driver picked us up from Madrid on time, he guides were excellent, and the view was amazing. I would do it again if I get a chance

Outstanding experience! Hot air balloon should be on everyones bucket list! We had a little bit of a slow start to set up the balloon but once we were in the air, everything was perfect! Our pilot was great and could answer a lot of questions about the process of navigating a hot air balloon. We chose the option with transport but ended up not coming back in the van to enjoy Segovia and get ourselves a cochinillo.
I highly recommend this tour our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel safe at all time David and Nyx were amazing, the picnic was very nice, I loved all pictures and the video they made for us. Our Segovia ride was simply spectacular.
