1st Day: Seoul - Hahoe Village - jjimdak with 'YAM'(Andong-style Braised Spicy Chicken with Vegetables) - Byeongsanseowon Confucian Academy - Jaengjae Head House(home-brewed liquor experience) - Suaedang Tradition House(Andong-style Bibimbap) - Woryeong Bridge(Night View) - Tradition House for sleep
2nd Day:
OPTION 1: Manhyujeong pavilion - Bongjeongsa Temple - Lunch - Dosanseowon Confucian Academy - Seoul
OPTION 2: Tradition Market with Owner of the head House - Cooking Class at the head House - Seoul
1. Seoul(Departure)
: Be ready for pickup at your Seoul hotel between 7:50 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., Meet me and be seated in a comfortable private vehicle, then head for the Andong Hahoe Village.
2. Hahoe Village
: Hahoe is the village where the members of Ryu family which originated from Hahoe Village have lived together for 600 years. It is a representative village for one family where tile-roofed houses and thatched roofed ones have been quite well conserved for a long time.
The village conserves many cultural heritages which show Korean traditional living cultures and ancient architectual styles.
2. jjimdak with 'YAM'(Andong-style Braised Spicy Chicken with Vegetables)
: Andong is Major Yam production area in KOREA. Almost 75% of Yam is produced in ANDONG. Like Our ancestor we are going to eat jjimdak with Yam instead of potato.
3. Woryeong Bridge with YAM icecream or YAM Juice
: Woryeonggyo Bridge (387m in length and 3.6m in width) is the longest footbridge made of wood in Korea.
OPTION: You will rent a Korea Traditional Clothes (20$ / 1 Pax)
4. Jaengjae Head House(home-brewed liquor experience)
: You will experience the home-brewed liquor, called 'songhwaju'(made of pine flower powder) that home-brewed liquor master made. Only here you will get that.
5. Cooking Class with Owner of the head House
: If you choose Option Two. we will go to the Tradition market with the owner of the head House. and Cooking Classs in the Head House. It Costs 100$(Include all the ingredients)
