- Infants under 36 months are free of charge but each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Re-entry is allowed within an hour of your first entrance.
- Your entrance may be delayed depending on the circumstances within the exhibition hall.
- The entry of outside food is not permitted within Faentasium.
- You may be asked to leave under certain circumstances such as causing disturbance or disorder. Faentasium does not hold the responsibility for any accident caused by your negligence.
- No pets are allowed except for the guide dogs.
- Inquire the information desk at the lobby before using lockers. Use of locker is free of charge, but lockers can be unavailable if full.
