Hyoseok Cultural Festival with Woljeongsa Temple Tour from Seoul

Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm raises sheep on an area of 195 k㎡, and is privately owned. There are many ranches in Pyeongchang, but Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm is the only ranch that raises sheep. The sheep grazing field is surrounded by a 1.2 meter-long circular walkway, so visitors can view the sheep at all times during their visit. It takes about 40 minutes to walk along this path. The wooden shack fits perfectly with the sheep farm, and has become a popular photo site. Hyoseok Cultural Festival(Bongpyeong Buckwheat flower festival) is held in Bongpyeong in Pyeongchang where the background of one of the masterpieces of the Korean modern short story, 'WHEN BUCKWHEAT FLOWERS BLOOM' was written by Hyoseok Lee. The festival is coexisting of both nature and literature so various programs of include buckwheat and the content of the story. You will have the opportunity to stop and take photographs of the beautiful broad landscape of the buckwheat flowers. In addition, you can look around the traditional Korean old house where the writer was born and will have the chance to participate lots of Korean traditional games.
