- Children aged 0-2 are free of charge provided they do not occupy seats and will not take park in any skiing or other dangerous activities in the area
- Children aged 3 or above will be charged at a regular adult rate
- In case of insufficient participants (less than 4) or inclement weather, the tour may be canceled and be refunded to the customer in full. In case of cancellation, you will be informed 1 to 2 days in advance by phone call or email prior to the scheduled tour date
- Please note that you cannot select a specific service language for this trip; the service language will be arranged according to the language that majority of the participants can comprehend
- The ski or snowboard activity only allows participants aged 5 or above, please note that no ski or snowboard gear is available for children aged below 5
- The smallest size of ski / snowboard gear is 20cm, the largest size of ski / snowboard gear is 30cm (according to the foot size)
- You are able to choose for ski or snowboard if you have purchased package with ski experience
- You are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide in order to get the ski gear and clothing
- Elderly, pregnant and disease sufferer are not recommended to ski
- Admission ticket to Everland will be distributed by tour guide after arrivng Everland
- Shuttle bus will leave ON TIME, please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before and plan your travel route in advance. Participants who are late or do not show up at the meet up point at the designated time will not be refunded or rescheduled for the activity
- Tour itinerary and schedule are for reference only and are subject to traffic conditions or other factors of the day
- No refunds will be permitted in cases of non-ideal situations due to the weather
- If the departure date falls on a Korean holiday, the degree of satisfaction of your activity experience will be influenced by the possibility of a large number of people joining the trip. Please consider this when booking this trip during a Korean holiday
- Please make sure that the staff will be able to contact you through the information you provided at checkout (e.g. make sure your phone has international roaming service, or confirm that your Line ID has been set to public) It is recommended to use Whatsapp for easier communication
- Insurance is not included in this trip. You are suggested to purchase traveler insurance in advance
- In case of any emergency situations (such as failure to find the meet up point), please call the phone number that can be seen at the bottom of your voucher
- Facilities inside Everland may close due to different weather, festival or other factors
- Time for firework shows are differ in different seasons, please be noted that this tour may be able to perform the firework show
- Please be noted that our staff will not be accompany during free time in Everland
- Please be noted there is no tour guide service when you enter Everland. Please check Everland's offical website for more information before visiting the park
- Please note: Everland contains attractions and facilities that are very stimulating. Seniors, participants with high blood pressure, heart disease, disabilities, and pregnant women may not be accommodated
- In case of rain while the tours are ongoing, the tours will still proceed
- You are required to indicate at the checkout page if bringing any baby strollers and wheelchairs
- Please indicate at the checkout page if snowboard is preferenced, otherwise ski will be provided
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
