Korea 101: City Orientation and Street Food Tour

At the start time, we'll meet at Hongik University Station Exit 3 where our guide will greet you. As we walk and talk, we'll teach you some essential Korean phrases and tips on Korea. We'll give information on how to use the subway and help people get subway cards and tips on traveling around the subway. We'll get some maps and info on getting portable wifi eggs, currency exchange and storage lockers. We'll then walk around Yeonnam Park to see some of the hip eateries, shops and cafes and have some snacks.
We'll then walk around Hongik Arts University and wander the underbelly of the hip youth culture. We'll show you the sites such as where famous dramas were shot, we'll point out the Dog, Cat, Raccoon and Sheep Cafes, Rest Cafes, shopping places, hidden boutique shops and eateries and more.
We'll end our tour by exploring the taxi driver eatery area. Taxi drivers want real, hearty Korean food and since they can travel anywhere they know where the good places are. You can choose to eat there if you'd like or we'll send you on your way.
