A temple stay in Seoul’s International Seon (Zen) Center will open your eyes to a new level of meditative experience that will be beyond the techniques taught in any other temple stay. People from all over the world come to this center to raise their mental and spiritual awareness through meditation. The facility specializes in teaching and practicing meditation, with a focus on the practice that far surpasses that of any other temple in the area. Depending on your package of choice, you’ll be able to come for the day or experience a 2 day 1 night stay with scheduled activities, with particular focus on meditation and Korean Buddhist practices. You’ll experience sitting meditation, walking meditation and group meditation. You will be taught correct mental and breathing techniques to further refine your meditation. This is a truly tranquil, relaxing experience that will center your spirit.
