Tour Option 1: Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival - Han River Cruise - Chimaek
Yeouido is a small island in the middle of the Han River which divides Seoul into two parts. Cherry Blossom Festival at Yeouido Island is the most popular among both of locals and tourists. In this Festival, you can see street performances, snacks and art exhibits. During this cherry blossom season, this entire island seems to be one pick island
After enjoying the Festival, you will take Han River. Han River is a great way to enjoy spring season in Seoul and get some air with the fragrance of spring.
As a last activity of this tour, Chimaek (co-joined nickname of Chicken and Maekju (beer in Korean)) cannot be missed. If you go to the Han River, you can see many people eating chicken and beer at the park. Changgyeonggung was a residential palace for queens and concubines of the Joseon Dynasty. The Palace is an ideal place to explore the history of Korea but also to enjoy the spring blooms in Seoul. Here abundant delicate cherry blossom petals spread out all over the palace and you will admire how beautiful scenery the petals make all over the palace.
As a next destination, head towards N Seoul Tower which is the second highest point in Seoul. Take in breathtaking views from the tower. When white and pick petals fill the sky the area around the Tower, it looks like picture.
At the last, Chimaek (co-joined nickname of Chicken and Maekju (beer in Korea) cannot be missed. Chimaek is a huge part of Korea's national culture. Your tour guide will take you to chimaek restaurant which is in the N Seoul Tower and introduce how to enjoy Chimaek like locals.
