Vivaldi Park opened at 24 December 2017. It is the largest snow park in Korea, this year, you should enjoy a different winter experience! It is the location setting for the “Running Man” in the first episode of 2019, do not miss the chance in experiencing to be one of the Running Man member in this winter! Vivaldi Park is also known as the location setting for various Korean drama series like "Legend Of The Blue Sea" and "That Winter, The Wind Blows" and Korean entertainment show "The return of Superman", etc. Here, you can experience candlelit streets, ice sledding, traditional skiing, tube sledding, and so much more! If you want to play with snow but not interested in ski, Vivaldi Park Snowyland will definitely be your best choice!

- Children aged 0-2 are free of charge provided they do not occupy seats and will not take park in any skiing or other dangerous activities in the area
- Children aged 2 or above will be charged at a regular adult rate
- Children aged 0-2 are free to entry Snowyland, but staff from Vivaldi Park process the right double check with the passports
- The ski or snowboard activity only allows participants aged 5 or above, please note that no ski or snowboard gear is available for children aged below 5
- This activity will take the official shuttle bus from Vivaldi Park, therefore no refund will be issued if no transportation is needed
- This tour is a self guided tour. If you need any help during this activity, please don't hesitate to approach the staff at Vivaldi Park
- Winter in Korea usually with very low temperature, you are reminded to keep yourself warm while having outdoor activities
- Snowyland is located at the top of the mountain, it will be closed in case of any inclement weather. If it's closed, the customers who booked packages with Snowyland activities will be arranged to do the ski activity instead (the ski set is exclusive of a cable car and ski suit and only includes ski equipment) or be given part of the refund back
- Gondola to Snowyland is for once only (round-trip)
- Snowyland and Ski World are separate, and you can't enter both with one ticket
- Elderly, pregnant and disease sufferer are not recommended to ski
- Insurance is not included in this trip. You are suggested to purchase traveler insurance in advance
- Shuttle bus will leave ON TIME, please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before and plan your travel route in advance. Participants who are late or do not show up at the meet up point at the designated time will not be refunded or rescheduled for the activity
- In case of inclement weather, the tour may be canceled and be refunded to the customer in full. In case of cancellation, you will be informed 1 to 2 days in advance by phone call or email prior to the scheduled tour date
- Please note that you cannot select a specific service language for this trip; the service language will be arranged according to the language that majority of the participants can comprehend
- Tour itinerary and schedule are for reference only and are subject to traffic conditions or other factors of the day
- If the departure date falls on a Korean holiday, the degree of satisfaction of your activity experience will be influenced by the possibility of a large number of people joining the trip. Please consider this when booking this trip during a Korean holiday
- Please make sure that the staff will be able to contact you through the information you provided at checkout (e.g. make sure your phone has international roaming service, or confirm that your Line ID has been set to public) It is recommended to use Whatsapp for easier communication
- In case of any emergency situations (such as failure to find the meet up point), please call the phone number that can be seen at the bottom of your voucher
- You are required to indicate at the checkout page if bringing any baby strollers and wheelchairs
- Cut off time for gondola entering Snowyland will be 1 hour before closing of Snowland (~3:30pm), please make your time schedule in advance. No refund will be issued due to failing in taking the gonodola result in fail to enter Snowyland
- Please indicate at the checkout page if snowboard is preference if you have purchased the package with Ski experience, otherwise ski will be provided
- In case of insufficient participants (less than 6) for 45minutes joint-group ski lesson, the lesson may be canceled and be refunded to the customer in full. In case of cancellation, you will be informed 1 to 2 days in advance by phone call or email prior to the scheduled tour date
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 43 travelers
