Bike, Yoga & authentic fishing villages by bicycle

About this activity
This bike experience with a yoga class in the nature is our second creation, with a very similar route to the first activity created by us along our beloved fishing villages since 2017.
You will start at Trafaria and visit Cova do Vapor and Costa da Caparica, the most famous areas in terms of beach and fishing culture.
Frederico and his team are wonderful yoga instructors, formed in Portugal and somehow developing the way people are living the yogi life style in this region. That is way they are with us: they are empowered locals!
The departure point is always at Trafaria Boat Station, a very welcoming fishing village with the most beautiful view to Lisbon. There you will have the bicycles ready to start our journey to Cova do Vapor, Costa da Caparica and to somewhere to enjoy a wonderful yoga class in the nature. During the winter season and if too cold the yoga class may happen at an improvised place indoor. Do not worry: the experience will be always unforgettable!
Costa da Caparica is the most famous beach destination for all lisboners. Very authentic, only locals are able to take you to the still hidden gems located right next to Lisbon and in front of the sea. There you have a village with more or less 30 houses where almost everyone is family. The feeling is special and the love is written on the floor and on the walls.
Trafaria and Cova do Vapor fishing seem to be little different fishing villages. Both very famous because of its fishing culture and sea gastronomy, these villages are more green, isolated and places off the beaten path.
The yoga class will happen preferentially in the nature and is a very soft moment of stretching, relax and a bit of guided meditation. The groups are not big, but sometimes you can have and meet some other guests as invited locals of our yoga instructor.
