After booking and paying, the confirmation from Viator said I had to contact the local tour operator to confirm, as if that is my problem. Before payment, I clearly requested 2 separate bedrooms for each night. I emailed the local operator on the address provided by Viator 3 times, but they never responded. I had a local friend from Spain call them, and it turns out that the email address provided by Viator was not in use. Even though my friend confirmed with them over the phone, they only responded 1 day before the travel date only confirming the pick up time from the train station, and not the 2 bedrooms. After several back and forth emails, they said I need to pay extra for a junior suite/2 bed rooms where applicable as they were not aware of my request, which I ended up paying Euro 170. The actual tour organization was very poor and unprofessional. Nothing went as smooth as advertised. The driver picked us up from Cordoba and just dropped us at the hotel and left. We were note informed where to go, and no one picked us up from the hotel. I wasted time and money making international calls from my phone to figure out where to go. As a result of this poor planning, we missed the first hour of the tour. They only had 2 train tickets to Sevilla and not till later did they give us the third ticket. We were not informed of any details or next steps. We always had to ask and inquire. Dropping us to the hotel in Granada was hell, and no one spoke English. We almost missed the Hammam due to their poor planning. The Andalucia Hammam was a joke! Even though they told us it includes a message and a bath, the Hammam staff said we were only booked for a bath! After arguing, they confirmed that we have a message plus a bath, but the message was a complete joke, only 15 mins long, the cheapest and most useless option. Viator's customer service is as bad as the tour operator. They were not helpful at all, and they did not pick up my phone after over 40 mins on hold.

Cordoba: This tour was unorganized for us. We were not given an itinerary so we did not know from place to place where to go and where we where supposed to be. I do not remember in the description that the tours where 3 hour walking tours. Also the lack of toilets was a problem and the guide did not seem to care. The tour said it would be in English not 3 different languages. She preferred French and spent a lot time with the 4 French tourist. Seville: When we arrived in Seville, We were met buy a driver (we think) That took us to the hotel and then drove us around for an hour saying we were waiting for another couple. Took us on a tour of a building but he could not speak English. So we ended up back at the hotel for a few minutes. Then left again to pick up the other couple. Drove to the meeting place that was about 5 blocks from the hotel and it is now 3 hours later. Met the guide and started one of your famous 3 - 4 hour walking tours. Again it was sold has an english tour but again there where 3 different languages. The tour guide spent most of her time once again with the 2 French tourist. She spoke in general terms and could not answer a few questions. The night of dance. A driver pick us up and we drove around for about an hour and ended up at the same building we where at in the morning. He took us around and tried to explain what it was all about. But once again could not speak English. Then we spent another hour driving around until we ended up at the dance venue. The show was very good. But the day was very disappointing. Then back to the hotel where we were informed that we would be pick up at 6:30 am and proceed to Granada. We were in the lobby at 6:15 am. There was a call at 6:45 am to inform us that the bus could not make it down the street so we need to make our way to another pick up point. Which we did and loaded on to the bus. It was all down hill from there. Would not recommend tour.
