Start this day trip with a pickup from your Seville hotel. Drive through a scenic road to one of the traditional villages in Sierra de Aracena and Jabugo. This is one of the four ham production areas in Spain and one of the most renowned ones worldwide. You'll visit an Iberian ham factory where you will discover this product's process, and enjoy a tasting of this exquisite delicacy.

In the afternoon you will visit the village of Aracena set in a natural park and known for its famous architecture and gastronomy. The tour guide will carefully select a place to have a traditional local lunch and drinks. Once you have recharged your batteries, head toward this destination's natural wonder, the Gruta de las Maravillas cave. You will go inside with your guide and venture deep into the earth of one of the best preserved caves in Europe.

At the end of the day, enjoy a comfortable drive back to Seville where you will be dropped off at your hotel.

One of the best experiences of my life! I took my dad when he visited me and Spain and we still talk about it 3 years later. The expert pairing with sherry of each grade of jamon was incredible. Great attention to detail and service.

Definitely the highlight of our Spain trip. Our guide Jose and driver Robert went above and beyond to make this a special day, and our guide at Eiriz factory Manu was full of fascinating information about the whole process, from piglet to sliced ham on the plate. The tasting, of course, was the highlight, not only because of the outstanding ham best ever and wine, but also they way Manu tied the process information back to what we tasted. Huge difference between the true Iberico Bellota and the Cebo that I never would have expected, Recommend to anyone.
