Aside from the cathedral, this is the main thing to see in Seville. If going to Granada, I would see the Real Alcazar first since it is much smaller. The skip-the-line ticket was a bit complicated but worth it due to a shorter line for entry. The official website e-mailed me the tickets a few weeks before I departed which I printed. At the entrance, the security guard who scanned tickets seemed annoyed that I had a home-printed version. She pulled us aside and took them into an office, returning 5 minutes later and finally letting us in. Unfortunately, she kept the tickets, so I was unable to get the audio guide without paying again I didn't bother.
We needed addtl customer service for this booking. Viator pointed us to the local provider and the local provider pointed us back to Viator. No one would provide assistance, but they knew how to keep us on the phone line for an hour, and trade numerous emails, while they did absolutely nothing but add to our frustration. Thankfully, the guards at the Alcazar provided exactly what we needed. I would expect Viator to stand behind their product.
