The Alcazar is stunning and the guide provided the group with wholesome explanations of every room. We skipped right through the line and into the palace without any issues. I cannot give it 5 stars because the guide, while knowledgeable and super friendly, needed a bit more of training in English. I am sure she will get there over time. I think everyone was thrilled with the place anyway! Overall, I recommend this tour.

Our guide, Rosa, made this visit truly great! She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic giving my wife and I a real feel for the history of a great location along with the interaction of two great civilizations.

My schedule was moved to the morning, but it turned out to be better since that meant the place wasn't too crowded yet. Our guide, Maria, was very good. Our group was small, which really allowed us to enjoy the palace. Definitely worth skipping the line.
