About this activity
Begin your journey driving through the

Sevillian countryside, surrounded by wheat and sunflowers fields. Here you will stop at the 'Castle of

Las Aguzaderas' - an interesting medieval building located at the old border among Catholic kingdom and Moorish kingdom. Then continue through the mountains stopping at the picturesque white village of

Zahara de la Sierra, located at the top of a steep hill Zahara is famous for its views and history.

Here you will have time to walk around the town, have a coffee and visit a small

olive oil factory which makes one of the best olive oil in Andalusia. On the way to

Grazalema you will drive through the Natural Park '

Sierra de Grazalema'. You will enjoy a range of amazing landscapes and views over the provinces of Cadiz, Malaga and Seville, from '

Puerto de las Palomas' which is 1157 metters above sea level. You will also get the chance to witness the wildlife in their natural habitat. These mountains are home to the largest colony of Griffon vultures in Spain. Once in Grazalema, there will be time to have a nice meal, surrounded by white houses decorated with colorful flowers.

After lunch you will leave Grazalema and head to

Ronda, on the way you will cross a very beautiful Mediterranean forest full of cork trees and oaks. Where up to present day locals still work with its cattle (Iberian pigs, goats and cows), to extract honey, cork, aromatic spices or wood.

After an exciting morning, you will reach Ronda, one of the oldest towns in Spain. Ronda its unique for its surrounding nature and history. It is built on two separate cliffs. The town is connected by the most famous bridge in Spain, known as '

The New Bridge' even though it was built in 18th century. In Ronda you will have free time to explore.

Beautiful tour. Lupita and Estella were great guides. They were very knowledgeable. We visited an olive oil mill and a great restaurant in Grazalema.

The tour guide 'Guido' from Naturanda was excellent and multi lingual. He really put effort into explaining every detail about the trip. He also took us to the Olive oil factory where they show us how they prepare Olive oil from the olives. And the white villages on the valley were amazing.

One of the best tours I have ever taken. A full day yet relaxed and not rushed. The scenery was spectacular, we stopped at a ruined Castillo, an olive farm and a beautiful white Andalusian village before reaching Ronda. The guide, Sergio, was informative and super helpful.

Our guide, Reyes, was really informative and taught us a lot about the history of Spain and of the sites we visited. She spoke about both historical facts and side stories to keep us entertained. She also gave us good recommandations about what to do during the free times.

The White Villages and Ronda tour offers and excellent way to get an overview of this beautiful and fascinating area. Its a full day, but never a dull moment. The guide was excellent--knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area and very articulate and patient in answering every question. All of the logistics worked perfectly. We would readily go with Viator for future travels and book this guide again, for other tours she may provide.

This was one of the best tours we did on our two week trip. Well organized, professional and the city of Rhonda was absolutely breath taking! I highly recommend this tour!

I was a little disappointed in Ronda itself, the little white villages are beautiful and would have liked to spend more time exploring them instead of visiting a bigger city like Ronda. I was also disappointed with the meeting place, when you are new to a city as confusing as Sevilla, a meeting place should not be so complicated to find. Another thing, the tour guide was a very nice helpful man but he recommended a restaurant that was horrible, the food was terrible, the service lacked and the waiters were rude. Maybe in the future he should leave that restaurant out as it was the biggest disappointment on our visit to Ronda,.

If one has limited time in Andalucia, this should be on their MUST do day trips. We enjoyed the journey to the mountains and the view from white villages were simply breathtaking. Also Ronda has little gems hidden in her nooks and corners. We had great day with Lupita of Naturanda who is forever helpful and informative.

The white villages are little jewels in the mountains of southern Spain and Ronda is a delightful village to visit. This is a great way to spend a day outside of Sevilla!

The white villages were excellent and refreshing. Very charming from far and nice to walk around. Ronda has some historic value and good views but after the while villages and other Spain tours was not all together very different. The olive oil mill visit really dragged on and could have been done in half the time or skipped all together. Also, a warning to not buy anything at the mill's shop. While the guide insisted that he does not get any commission but he did say very good things about the products available at the mill. We bought a few things and later on realized that these are branded products available in Seville at half the price.

The countryside and Ronda were spectacular. However, the guides could have told us more about the history and culture of this area. I speak both Spanish and English and would have liked to learn more about this region. Also, our local guide not the ones we started with in Seville who stayed with the bus in Ronda left 4 of us behind. Apparently he was lax about keeping count and walked off. Unfortunately Spanish villages are maze-like and we didn't know how to get back to a bus. I spoke with a taxi driver and he took all of us to where the buses were parked. Make certain you don't lose sight of your guide as some don't keep track.
