About this activity

Day 1: Arrival in Shanghai
Upon your arrival at Shanghai, our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. We don't have any further arrangements for you today as you will finally return to Shanghai for a visit in this group tour before you leave China. The rest of the day is free for you.
Overnight: Hotel Equatorial Shanghai (4-star)
Day 2: Shanghai - Beijing(B)
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and take a 5.5 hours high-speed train to Beijing. We will meet you at the railway station and transfer you to the hotel. Relax during the rest of the day.
Overnight: The Great Wall Hotel Beijing (5-star) - the former Sheraton
Day 3: Beijing (B+L)
Visit Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City, An a la carte lunch with Peking duck, the Temple of Heaven and a lovely Chinese Kung Fu Show.
Day 4: Beijing (B)
Visit Mutianyu Great Wall. Round way cable car is included. Lunch is on your own arrangement. You will have chance to take photo of Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) on the way to downtown. At last, visit a local market.
Day 5: Beijing - Xi'an (B+L)
Visit the Summer Palace and the traditional Hutong alleys including Chinese Paper Cutting. A la carte lunch is served. Take an afternoon flight to Xi'an and check in the hotel.
Overnight: Sheraton Hotel Xi'an (5-star)
Day 6: Xi'an (B+L+D)
Full day tour to the Terracotta Army Museum, A special home cooked lunch at a local family, the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the famous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show with the Dumpling Dinner. (Tips: the dance show is available from Apr to Nov.)
Day 7: Xi'an - Chongqing (B)
Observe local life in the park, One-hour Tai Chi practice, Xi'an City Wall, A la carte lunch.Fly to Chongqing and visit Jiefangbei CBD. Then the Yangtze River tour begins at 22:00 as you board the cruise ship.
Overnight: President No.6 with balcony (5-star)
Day 8 - Day 9: Yangtze River Cruise (B+L+D)
Yangtze River cruise tour.
Day 10: Yichang - Shanghai (B+L)
Check out of the ship and disembark for an excursion to the Three Gorges Dam. Then cruise company will drive you to the Three Gorges Tourist Center in Yichang. Our local guide will meet you there and visit Yichang Museum. After lunch, Take a flight to Shanghai and check in at the hotel.
Overnight: Crowne Plaza Century Park Shanghai (4-star) or Similar
Day 11: Shanghai (B+L)
Visit Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden and its traditional bazaar. After an a la carte lunch, visit the former French Concession, the Bund and have a cruise tour along the Huangpu River. Upon returning to the hotel your guide will see you into the lobby to say bon voyage.
Day 12: Shanghai (B)
Airport drop-off is not included today.
