The places on the tour were great. There were no stops that felt unnecessary, rushed or made for us to purchase something. Shanghai is amazing and our tour guide William was outstanding. He was very nice and patient in addition to being extremely knowledgable. Spoke English very well. It was a private tour of 8 which included our family of 4 and our friends and their kids (all kids were teens). William gave us plenty of time, picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel (which we paid a little extra for since it was near Disney and not in the city center). The tour did not include the Pearl Tower so recommend you spend time there and in the surrounding area. William up-sold a Cirque show with acrobats that was amazing. Well worth the price paid. He even made an effort to take us to a food location with plenty of local and foreign restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Ask for William!
