Ancient Shanghai Day Tour

In this tour, you will learn more about the historical side of Shanghai, a stark contrast against the ultra modern vibe that has recently taken over the city. Your first stop would be the Jade Buddha Temple, where you can find a number of Buddha statues, including two jade Buddha statues (one sitting and the other reclining) and a marble reclining Buddha that was donated by Singapore.

Your next stop would be the Shanghai Wen Miao. This is a Confucian temple found in the old town of Shanghai. You will then have a quick lunch and attend a tea ceremony. The tea ceremony will be held at Shanghai's oldest tea house. Your tour ends with a scenic view inside the Yuyuan Garden, a classical garden that has been around for over 450 years and employs traditional Chinese design, and a visit to Shanghai Old Town for purchase some souvenirs.
