Ppl run, ladies jazz dance , Taiji practice, Martial Arts,Play Majiang under trees, have a walk...There are all type of exercise and interesting things in the park. We can just watch or follow behind learn the exercise.

In the east side of the Bund of shanghai, along the riverside. The govenment has made a long running path. There are 22 rest stations for ppl take break during biking or running.
