Pass By: Shanghai Hongkou Football Stadium, No.444 Dongjiangwan Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai 200083 China

You will be met by guide in your centrally located hotel, then take you to Hongkou Park area.

Nowadays the most interesting spot there is Hongkou Park, where local Chinese people spend their leisure time practice Taichi boxing, playing chess, ballroom dancing. Much local life business is also going on in the park, such as marriage match, retiree friendly bus tour, senior citizen apartment renting etc. Led by guide, you will understand Shanghai people’s life from all deferent aspects.

Our guide will first take you to local restaurant by park, to have a taste of typical Shanghai style breakfast. Afterwards, go into Hongkou park to enjoy local people’s morning exercise, from western style ballroom dancing, music instrument playing to Chinese style Taichi boxing, fan dancing etc. Also explore local people’s life. Help with our guide you could have fun interact with them.

Then you will proceed to Luxun’s memorial museum, and to Sweet and Love Street, the most romantic Street and No 1 date venue in Shanhgai. Wonder in half century long former Japanese section from end of 19th century to 1941, our guide will show you many hidden gems in this neighborhood, including celebrities’ former residences, love themed contemporary street art-- very few Graffiti you will find in town, Christian church in Chinese temple style etc.

Tour finishes at Hongkou area. You could either explore more of the city or our guide will show you the best way back by public transportation or help you get a cab back to your hotel.
