Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall was built to show the achievement of the city planning and construction. It has many functions, such as exhibition, reference, research, communication, recreation and entertainment. The main body of the building covers Shanghai's development from ancient times to the present and beyond. The theme of this building is 'City, People, Environment and Development'. There is a city model made to a scale of 1/500, is 600 square meters and the largest in the world. The appearance of the old streets in the 1930s reminds people to think of the old passing days in Shanghai. The view of a future Shanghai is presented with high technology such as virtual reality and fantasy-view magic vision. The big city planning lifelike model displays for you the city's vista of the future.

The Bund is the famous waterfront on the west bank of the Huangpu River and is regarded as the symbol of Shanghai. Here, the charm of Shanghai as a bustling metropolis combining the century-old history and flourishing future is fully presented, making the Bund Shanghai a must-see attraction. We will see the 26 various buildings of different architectural styles at the Bund, such as Peace Hotel, Shanghai Customs House and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.

We will visit the Buildings No.12. It is formerly the HSBC Building and the People's Government of the Municipality of Shanghai Building. Currently it houses the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. It was built in the style of neoclassicism in China.

Waibaidu Bridge is one of the landmarks of the old city of Shanghai, spanning the Suzhou Creek, and at the confluence of this creek with the Huangpu River. It is the earliest and largest steel bridge in the city, stretching from north to south.

Xintiandi is a tourist attraction that preserves the historical and cultural features of Shanghai and integrates Chinese and western culture. Xintiandi is divided into northern and southern parts. The south is dominated by modern architecture, with an old Shikumen building as a supplement. The north is dominated by Shikumen old buildings. Here, there is a collection of unique businesses from around the world. It was also the site of the first congress of the Communist Party.

It is an old shikumen house built in the 1920s that has been preserved and renovated. The museum was built according to the model of one household in the 1920s. There are seven main exhibition rooms, namely, the guest room, the study room, the old people's room, the master room, the daughter room, the pavilion room and the oven room. The story of a shikumen family runs through the whole visit. It not only shows the unique shikumen architectural culture of Shanghai, but also reproduces the living space and lifestyle of Shanghai people in those days.

Nowadays, the museum is a good place for us to cherish the memory of old Shanghai and trace the historical memory.

Qibao Ancient Town is Located in the center of Minhang District of Shanghai, which has both the scenery of water town and a history spanning over one thousand years. The name originates from the Qibao Temple. You can see cricket displays and live cricket fighting shows at the Cricket Museum in town.
