Suzhou Gardens and Zhouzhuang Ancient Water Village Tour

Your first stop in this day tour of China's traditional villages would be Suzhou. The town of Suzhou is known for its classical Chinese style. As you tour around, you will see the different pagodas, stone bridges, and gardens that were built with the styling of ancient China. You will then visit the Lingering Garden, one of the highlight classical gardens that stands out of the 700-metre covered walk, which connects the different sections of the garden.

You will continue on to a silk factory to learn about the entire process of creating silk fabrics. You will learn everything from cultivating the silkworms all the way to harvesting the silk and turning them into beautiful cloths. After a quick lunch, you will then head to Zhouzhuang. The highlight of your tour in Zhouzhuang will be the ancient houses that are still standing in the area. You will also see the famous twin bridges of Shide and Yongan as you tour around the village.
