DetailsVisit local markets of Shimla and learn about their famed stories. Meet your host at the Christ Church and begin the walk towards Lakkar Bazaar where your host will take you through the market's regional handicrafts and wooden decor, and will help you identify quality products. Post this visit the Mall Road, a popular tourist attraction filled with crowded cafes, stores, theatres and restaurants. Visit the Himachal Emporium here and browse through the numerous locally designed handicrafts such as woollen clothes, pottery items, wooden products, and jewellery. Lastly, conclude the tour at the quaint Lower Bazaar, a smaller version of the Emporium, popular for its inexpensive wooden sticks and book collection.
