3 Days 2 Nights Khao Sok Soft Trekking Adventure with Canoeing

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Phuket - Khao Sok

Stop At: Saphan Sarasin Bridge, Mai Khao, Phuket Thailand
07:00-08:30 AM Pick-up from your hotel in Phuket, Khaolak or Krabi only by air-conditioned vehicle. (Pick up time varies by hotel location)

09:00 AM Crosses Sarasin Bridge to Phang Nga Province, you can feel the lifestyle of the local communities and their livings as well as the scenery of mountains, rubber and palm which are economic plants around the area. (Guest from Khao Lak will skip for Sarasin Bridge and Tsunami Memorial in the morning part.)

Stop At: International Tsunami Museum, 39/8 Moo 6 Bang Nieng Village Kokekean, Khao Lak Thailand
09:30 AM Visit Tsunami Memorial Site. (Seeing Tsunami location) Khao Lak has been hit by Tsunami. Now, there is no mark of damage but only the painful memory of the tragedy. As well as good memory of people who give help to others without discrimination to class, color, nation and religious such like “one world together”.

10:30 AM Upon arriving Khao Sok, you will be enjoying spending time and learning about Elephant behaviors that will lead you to the miraculous rain forest to see amazing nature of non-decorated biodiversity. After being excited with nature for 45 minutes to 1.30 hour.

Stop At: Khao Sok National Park, Surat Thani Thailand
12:30 PM Stop at Khao Sok a scenic viewpoint (great panoramic view of Khao Sok) and visit Monkey Cave Temple.

13:00 PM Enjoy Thai lunch at Khao Sok Discovery Restaurant

14:30 PM After lunch we will start our enjoyable program with canoeing. We provide paddlers, the offspring of the local people, to accompany you through Khao Sok River to take photographs of our valuable times. In addition to the pleasant atmosphere of Khao Sok river that are full of live animals like snakes, gibbons and others, you will deeply touch the sincere heart and willful services of the paddlers as they treat you as the guests of their homes.

16:00 PM Check in at Khaosok Boutique Camps (Air-con room)

You can spend time and find a new experience with a nature and wonderful mountain location. Watch the sun rise, set over the Mountains and enjoy a fresh and relaxing atmosphere in the morning.

19.00 Dinner then leisurely relax with a sound of nature. After enjoying the tasty dinner, it’s time to take a rest. Khao Sok at night is cool and will give you a pleasant sleeping time with no need of air conditioner as the forest will give you the best and fresh air ever.

Day 2: Khao Sok - Cheow Lan Lake

Stop At: Khao Sok National Park, Surat Thani Thailand
07:30 AM Welcome new morning with varieties of bird that sing along within the fresh surroundings and you will see the fogs that extensively cover the area of Khao Sok National Park and enjoy breakfast.

08:30 AM Jungle trekking by foot in Khao Sok National Park, and enchanting Plants, Flowers, Butterfly, Birds, Squirrels, Reptiles, etc. awaits your discovery. A self-guided nature trail explains a many way of native plants were used throughout history.

12:00 PM Lunch at Khao Sok Mountain View Restaurant then check out from the camps

Stop At: Cheow Lan Dam (Ratchaprapa Dam), Khao Sok National Park Khao Pang Subdistrict, Ban Ta Khun 46820 Thailand
14:30 PM Arrive at Cheow Lan Dam travel by Long-tail boat with great scenic view on the way. Cheow Lan Dam is attraction called “Guilin of Thailand” or Ratchaprapa Dam. The way from Khao Sok Discovery Camp to Ratchaprapa Dam is a route passing through small villages and you can feel the peaceful lifestyle. In addition to discovering the living of the local people, you will be enjoyed with the nature, plants and mountain views on both sides until arriving Ratchaprapa Dam. 10 minutes from the entrance you will be excited with the miraculous scenery of spacious ground of emerald water decorated with blue sky like you are in the ocean.

16:00 PM Check-in at The Laguna Cheow Lan Raft House (Air-conditioned Room) and free at leisure. Self-paddle canoe adventure around the floating hut, nature watching relax, swimming in the fresh water lake.

19:30 PM Dinner at night time. You will be enjoying your night under the light of stars, while watching and imaging the shadow of the trees and listening to the singing of insects, breathing in the scent of forest and embraced by the forest.

Day 3: Departure Khao Sok

Stop At: Khao Sok National Park, Surat Thani Thailand
07:00 AM Morning safari and breakfast

08:00 AM Hopping on long-tail Boat for a short trip (1.5 km.) to cross the 500 Rai Lake juggle for bamboo rafting. You can meet enchanting plants, flower, butterfly, birds, squirrels, reptiles, etc. a waited for your discovery, then getting on the bamboo raft to cross the 500 Rai Lake to an amazing cave (Easy access for children but be careful for the slippery wet floor).

Spend 30 minutes cave exploring (a small cave but great formations) then cruise back to the main land and depart for your hotel or airport with a good memory.

12:00 PM Lunch at floating restaurant

12:30 PM Heading back to drop-off point (Phuket, Khao Lak or Krabi)
