- Hotel pick up may be 90-30 minutes prior to tour Start time/Departure time (depending on hotel location). Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time
- Minimum 6 persons required for boat to operate. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the unlikely event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- Persons over 60 years, pregnant women, children 3 years and younger, and persons with disabilities not permitted
- Passengers with food allergies or special dietary requirements must advise at time of booking so that Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel can make appropriate arrangements for lunch
- Only during the Season from 16 June to 30 September is the sea not suitable for pregnant women, people with disabilities, elders and toddlers. Blu Anda cannot accept bookings from people in these categories and will not be responsible for people who do not declare accordingly
- If you are traveling to the airport please inform us of your flight time. We recommend that flight time is no earlier than 9:30pm to allow time for flight check in
- Please note the Blu Anda is a non-smoking vessel
