2. Show duration is 45 minutes
3. Gate opens 20 minutes before show start, guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before show time.

Do & Don't
1. Please hold tickets individually when entering to the hall
2. Please sit according to assigned seat number
3. No glassware or glass bottles.
4. No pet allowed.
5.Please take care of your children, do not let them stand near the pool
6. Be ware slippery floor surface when wet.
7.No smoking
8. Do not sit or stand on the pool edge.
9. People who having and obvious contagious disease such all skin eruption, lesion, eye, ear, nose or throat infection are not allow to enter (or touch the dolphins and seals)
