Full Day Sawasdee Hong Islands

We’re not holding back on all things tropical on this full day tour. Krabi province has long been a dream destination for sun seekers and adventurers alike with its dotted landscape of limestone cliffs, small, romantic islands and that always azure blue hue that almost hovers over the surface. Examples aplenty to dream away and set sail with us aboard a catamaran towards these pearls in the southern part of Thailand. Grasping a small part of what these islands have in store while lazing the day away on board your vessel as your captain and his crew point the bow of their multi-hulled ship towards some of the most fabled islands between Phuket and Krabi. A captivating tour option for those seeking new means to explore the tropical new words of the Phang Nga and Krabi province.

Guests are picked up from selected accommodation across Phuket Island before meeting your fellow travelers at one of the main harbours along the western coast line of the Pearl of the Andaman. It is here where your boating adventure starts with an introduction to the catamaran, the crew and what lies ahead across the deep blue sea. As the captain gives the anchors away signal, it is pure relaxation from here onward until we reach our first piece of paradise, blessed with sandy shores and emerald green/ blue waters – Laem Had. Ample time is given to set aside all your worries for the day and immerse yourself in the true definition of tropical Thailand. From swimming to chilling – it is all in a day’s life. We move by kayak to one of the few local fishing villages, home to a generation of avid fishermen who have maintained more traditional means to find the catch-of-the day. More to explore! Koh Hong – translated as Room Island – is one of these treasures of Mother Nature. Set off the Krabi coast line, the feeling of an aquatic enclosure within an island seems just too good to be true…but it actually is! No time to waste when seeing and exploring this rare example of Thailand’s vast collection of islands in these southern provinces. Our final stop for the day is Pak Bia Island; a pair of islands that are connected via a small strip of beach, submerged during the high tide but making its foray into the sunlight when the tides are low. Stunning may be an understatement when setting foot here, thus skipping this piece of paradise is simply not something we will skip.

Time to raise the anchors and sail back towards Phuket before disembarking at one of the Phuket harbours. Transfer back to your Phuket accommodation (conditions may apply) is included and guarantees that you will make it back to the comfort of your room at around 18:30 in an air-conditioned way.
