James Bond Island Experience full day tour from Phuket

Pass By: Saphan Sarasin Bridge, Mai Khao, Thalang District, Phuket

After picking up at your hotel we will start the journey to Phang Nga province on a comfortable airconditioned minivan. On the way that will take approximately 1,5 hour, depend on your location we will pass the Sarasin Bridge, connecting the Island with the mainland.

Stop At: Wat Suwan Kuha (Cave Temple), Takua Thung, Phang Nga Province

You will visit the famous Suwan Khuha Temple with a golden reclining Buddha inside. At the area around the Temple which is also named "Monkey Cave", you can feed monkeys.

Stop At: Phang Nga Bay., Ao Phang Nga National Park, Phang Nga Province

After visiting the Temple you will arrive at Nai Ngop Pier from where you will start your experience with a long tail boat, shipped around the islands in the bay. Enjoy the views of the mangrove forests and the limestone formations.

Stop At: Koh Panyi (Floating Muslim Village), Krabi Town, Krabi Province

You shall have a lunchbreak at the Muslim fisherman village on Koh Panyee where you will enjoy a local lunch in a restaurant over the water.

Stop At: James Bond Island, Ao Phang Nga National Park, Phang Nga Province

After the lunch you are heading with the long tail boat to Khao Tapoo, also know as the James Bond Island, famous as the island was chosen as one of the locations for the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun, filmed in 1974.

Stop At: Phang Nga Bay., Ao Phang Nga National Park, Phang Nga Province

After James Bond Island you visit the Lod Cave at Khao Thalu. You will be piloted by a local rower through the cave.
