From Airport To Hotels in Phuket
International flight (includes transit at Bangkok): Driver will wait you at the gate 3 in International terminal with your name signboard.
Driver will attend you to our vehicle and make a introduction about our services include Wi-Fi/Massage chair/Water service/Novelty goods. Please spend relaxing time until arriving to hotel.

Pick up conditions
Driver's waiting time is maximum 2 hours from flight arrival time. Cut-off time will be advised in your voucher upon confirm booking.
If customers delay without any advance notice to us, drivers will not wait over 2 hours and booking status will be turned to "No Show".
No refund will be made for No Show booking.
To extend driver's waiting time with free of charge, please contact us 1 hour before original flight arrival time. Or your booking will be re-arranged as new booking with extra cost. Extra cost will be same amount with your original booking.
*Depends on other booking conditions and car availability on that day, we may decline your extend/reschedule/rearrange request. For last minutes request or remind for your change request, you will be charged full amount for original booking.

From Hotel To Airport
Driver will pick up you at hotel lobby and transfer you to airport with safety driving.

Pick Up Conditions
Driver's waiting time is maximum 30 minutes from original pick up time. No refund will be made for No Show booking.
