You’re picked up from your hotel in Phuket in the late afternoon and delivered to the Yacht Haven Marina for your sunset dinner cruise. Hop aboard the June Bahtra, a traditional Chinese junk, and set sail in Phang Nga Bay with an expert captain at the helm.
Take a comfortable seat in the alcove as the boat glides past moored yachts, and let relaxing music from the boat’s sound system put you at ease. Cruise without the crowds, just enjoying the serenity as you sail.
During the journey to Ko Lawa to watch the tropical sunset over the bay, a superb, 5-course dinner buffet with mouthwatering Thai dishes and wine is served on board. Limited alcohol selection on the boat. The Junk was small for the amount of people on the trip.

This was a very long drive from the Phuket resorts so pickup was around 3pm. I have to say though the cruise was fantastic. We really enjoyed every moment. Beautiful and romantic and at the same time very family and child friendly. The viator description is a bit misleading though - all soft drinks are included with beer and wine purchased on board at reasonable prices. Watching the sunset over the bay was a lovely experience. You have your main course just after sunset and It's a little bit breezy as the boat heads back to shore which is a shame because all the lovely food is not steaming hot and it's a bit dark to see what you are eating. Still, we wouldn't have missed it.

This was a lovely tour of the bay that I would recommend to anyone, especially couples. You first meet the guide at the Yacht Haven Marina, and wait at a charming restaurant at the Marina called the Deck. The boat itself is in good shape and the dinner was delicious! Beautiful photo opportunities and the crew was charming.

PROS - Staff were friendly and helpful - Food was good - Junk boat was beautiful and an experience to be on - Hotel pick up included CONS - My hotel was over an hour from the bay so i think i spent a total of 3 hours in the minibus. Too long to my the overall experience enjoyable - Due to current, the boat has to park facing away from the sunset. Not good. - The sunset was not that great. We actually had better sunsets back at karon beach. This tour should also be run from Karon Beach area. - I would only recommend this tour to people who are staying close to the bay
