Antiquities of Side and Aspendos Theatre and Manavgat Waterfall Visit

About this activity
You will leave the hotel around 10:00 am to get to the scenic landscape park with the Manavgat waterfall. Despite the fact that you are not allowed to swim in the waterfall you are more than welcome to walk around it or soak your feet in its water.
Your comfortable bus will take you further to Roman Aspendos theatre – best preserved in the world, where gladiators were fighting. Majestic walls, a stage and audience is surrounded by arcades and is breath-taking. And even more breath-taking is the amazing acoustics inside the theatre. The theatre is open till today.
Right after that, we will head for a lunch on the shores of the river (included in price) and our next steps are going to be directed to Side – city located on the Mediterranean Sea. During the time of its brilliancy, it was a center or trade of slaves and piracy. Today we can admire numerous of monuments that are located on the local sand dunes. The most beautiful ones you will see right by the sea in the port – Apollo and Athena temples. Great ancient streets, building and their atmosphere will give you the opportunity to take the best photos – it is a beautiful and popular place for photo shoots. You are also able to walk down the port streets full of monuments and modern stores with souvenirs. This trip is a unique journey to the past.

I really like this tour and how it is not too long like some others in the area. You visit a beautiful protected park area that contains the waterfall, then the Roman ruins with incredible views at the top of the hill and then Side which has the history but is also a busy town so it is a lovely varied day.
