SpumaStella presents "Back to the swinging '40s", a dive into the rhythm of swing from the early 1900s arising from the "non-alcoholic vocal music project based on sugar and aromatic herbs".
In the footsteps of the great vocal trios – Trio Lescano, The Andrews Sisters, The Boswell Sisters, The Chordettes – Carla, Elena and Laura reinterpret, with a touch of irony, some of the songs that marked three decades of Italian and American music, from the '30s to the '50s: from "Il pinguino innamorato" to "Maramao perché sei morto", from "Mr. Sandman" to "Java Jive".
