Wine tasting with Tuscan lunch or dinner and balsamic vinegar

Taste and enjoy a typical meal, in an authentic Tuscan style. It will be guided by one of the family member of the winery that will explain you the characteristics and how to produce the wines. Enjoy the garden with its beautiful views over San Gimignano’s Medieval towers.

The tasting will be about at least four organic wines of Podere La Marronaia, including Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi, 3 or more types of extra virgin olive oils, natural and flavored, and also a guided tasting of 3 or more balsamic vinegar.

The Tuscan meal consists of an appetizer with mixed Bruschetta, Pasta and a main dish of meats and cheeses; Cantuccini and Vinstanto will be your dessert. Every dish will be prepared with the family’s traditional recipes and all the ingredients will be organic and biodynamic, to respect the same philosophy of sustainability.
