9:00am – Live Guided Tour of the Spice Terraces with an experienced in-house nature/ garden guide

9.45am – Complimentary tea at the Bamboo Garden (freshly brewed herbal tea)

10am – Gift Shop

10.15am – Cooking Class (inclusive of recipe sheets and apron) Menus taught are all fabulous Malaysian dishes and where possible, traditional utensils are used. Guests get a real sense of Malaysian culture through the stories of the ingredients, its health benefits, the various spice and herb blends and how its all brought together to create sensational flavours. 

12.30 – 1pm – Class ends with lunch at the Pavilion

Recommend for groups! The little hiking in the beginning to know about spice is fruitful .Then the cooking is vefyvery fun !
