Location of hotel was good with view of ocean. Although title of the tour include "Independent Tour", shutle bus operated by the hotel was used between the port of Bintan Island and the hotel.

The viator service worked perfectly. However, the hotel people were we were staying were not the most helpful. They gave you no information about the hotel. We had to find by ourselves what was available, and how to use it. But, at the end, we had a nice time.

The elephants at this resort are terribly abused. They are chained, beaten and used as work slaves. Do not go here, it isn't ethical travelling and I feel horrible about the fact that I didn't make an informed travel choice but hopefully I can help others not to make the same mistake.

I liked the resort and the beach was nice. The ferry tickets I was given left in the afternoon day 1 and noon on the 3rd day. So I felt I only had one and two patricianly days there. The ferry was nice but long lines as everyone arrives together.
