We enjoyed very much the places we visited and the content of the tour, we were just disappointed with the pick-up (tour start meeting point) and tour end point (where we were all left at the end of the tour). Both were at MRT stations and we had two elderly people in our group who struggled a lot with this being there was no seating available to wait on at start of tour and cool place to wait.. I would strongly recommend a start and end point of this tour in a more comfortable and accessible area for people of all ages and abilities. One of the elderly and less mobile in our group, her father was a British prisoner of war in Changi prison during WWII so was very poignant her attending this Tour. I must admit Poh our tour guide definately went above and beyond to ensure my elderly parents got safely into a taxi to get back to our hotel at the end of this tour, and throughout the tour Poh was very accommodating to my parents.. We found Poh very informative on this tour, but those of our group sitting at the back of the bus struggled to hear what she was saying on the microphone throughout the entire tour, I think because she had microphone to close to her mouth. My children were on the tour with us also aged 19 and 24 and they found this history of this tour very interesting.

Excellent tour. Our guide Carol was very informative and entertaining. We enjoyed the whole afternoon. I would recommend this tour to anyone young and old. We would do the tour again when the Changi Museum is reopened. It was a very warm day but we were very comfortable in the coach between locations.

I booked tour. I received an text satiating there had been some changes, but were unable to reach me. My phone had service and had received other calls without issue. I responded that I had been on Bintan, and would be there for tour. I tried several times calling the contact number from the text I received, only to be told it was not in service. I called Singapore Walks only to receive a message machine. I spent $20 on a cab to the meet spot only to find no one there. I have still received no response from either Viator or Singapore Walks. I was extremely disappointed, as it was my last day, and my father had served in the pacific in WWII in Burma and China prior to the US joining the war, and had been in Singapore

Carol was a great guide despite having to work around a Changi museum that's closed for restoration. She shared some interesting personal stories, offered water, snacks, and was mindful of the heat. Great look at what happened in the occupied parts of the Pacific during the war.

This tour was fantastic even though the museum was closed. The guide Helena was sooo knowledgable. She made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole time. I thought the timeframe was excellent, allowing us to spend a respectful amount of time at the attractions.

Would really recommend this Tour to anyone who is interested in the history of WW2 in this area.We had an excellent guide who met us at the MRT station and then took us around to the various sites of WW2 by coach ,even supplying refreshments to us on a short break at Changi beach.Krangi war cemetery is very moving, as is Changi chapel. The tour ends at the Cenotaph near to Clarke Quay which is quite handy if you want to eat on the Quayside. Our guide was excellent ,explaining what happened at every place we stopped off at and was very knowledgeable. An extremely good tour, thank you.

Wonderful tour. Wina our tour guide was fantastic. Only 4 of us on tour, so very personalised, Wina was happy to discuss anything tour related or Singapore in general. I found the tour quite emotional and an excellent insight into WWII from a Singapore perspective. The Chapel and Kranji Cemetry were the highlights to me personally. I loved hearing about highlighted individuals as this gave the tour much more of a personal touch. Highly recommend to anyone with an interest in history or WWII
