- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Floating Donuts are equipped with a Bluetooth music system and speakers, which can be easily connected to a smart phone wirelessly. Instructions to connect will be available on board
- Safety equipment, eg. life-jackets, walkie-talkie, etc. are stored under the seats to comply with Marine Safety Singapore requirements. A full safety briefing before departure.
- Swimming and fishing from the Floating Donuts are strictly not allowed
- Generally taking your own food onboard is not permitted. Beers, wines, soft drinks and waters are available to be purchased onboard. (Children will not be permitted to buy or drink alcohol)
- The Floating Donut is very stable and safe for kids from the age of 2 onwards. They will have a great time. However, please make sure the little ones are 'prepared' as their are no bathroom/toilet facilities onboard.
- Although the boats are very safe and stable, other boats may create waves and/or spray. No seat is guaranteed to be permanently dry. Getting wet is possible, so it is recommended that passengers prepare by taking some dry clothing
- If the captain decides that the weather is too bad to launch the boat, company will attempt to delay or reschedule (available for one year). If passenger chooses not to re-schedule and wishes to be refunded, I Asia Singapore will do all possible to assist without charge, however, the Operator may need to deduct 50% off the total booking amount.
- Even through the Floating Donut is covered, it is recommended to bring sun-cream if the booking is during the daytime.
- Maximum 2 Adults per booking and up to 4 Children only. Child age is 2years to 12 years inclusive. Children's Passports must be shown on date of Activity as proof of age
