Twilight Mt Faber Jungle Trek

Meet up at Seah Im Food Centre, a short walk from the Harbour Front MRT Station (CC29/NE1). A quick Briefing, Orientation and issuing of equipment before heading to the entry point into the forest. The trail unveils an abandoned reservoir, rumoured to have been used as a swimming pool by the Japanese Occupiers during WW2. Skirting the the sluice gate, the trail winds up a steep hill side. Remnants of a collapsed brick and mortar stairway leading to a buttressed embankment. Proceed upwards to a platform and through the foliage and lianas the WW2 Japanese Tomb is sighted.
