The professional drivers are also the tour guides providing a history of Skagway, and the Klondike Gold Rush, plus current day Skagway

8am tour departs from the exit of Ship security, guests will be greeted by one of the representatives.

11:30am tour departs from Yukon Heath's Popcorn Emporium located at 480 Broadway.

On the way to the White Pass, will take you through the historic downtown district of Skagway, which features buildings dating back to the Klondike Gold Rush of 1897-99. Once leaving the town of Skagway, you will travel the Klondike Highway through the White Pass, following the historic trail the gold miners took to the gold fields.

Ample stops to take photographs to remember your visit to the town, such as the "Welcome to Alaska" sign, Bridal Veil falls, Tormented Valley, where the movie "The Big White" with Robin Williams and Disney's "White Fang" was filmed, which is a story based during the Klondike Gold Rush.

Minimal walking or you can stay on the bus. It is all up to you.

Don't forget your Passports! 1130 and 230 pm City Summit - departs from Yukon Heath's Popcorn Emporium, located at 485 Broadway Avenue, Skagway, AK 99840 (see map below). Please plan to arrive at our office 30 minutes early. If you have any questions, please contact us.
  • Collapsible non-electric wheelchairs/walkers can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
  • US and Canadian Citizens: Must bring a government-issued photo ID and proof of citizenship (US birth certificate or naturalization certificate) or a passport for re-entry to the United States. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate
  • Non-US Citizens: Either a Passport, I-94, Multiple Entry Visa or Resident Alien Card is required for re-entry to the United States
  • Operates in all weather conditions. Weather can vary greatly from one location to another, please dress in layers
  • Specific tour stops can be modified based on road conditions and weather.

We had an exceptional time with Bryan on this Skagway and summit tour. Bryan was so informative and gave us lots of photo stops in the most beautiful places along the route. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide, Brian was awesome! Very informative on the points of interest, the history and personal experiences. Made stops along the way for pictures. The views were breathtaking. The tour was not rushed. Enjoyed it! Highly recommend.
