The tour operator said we would be alone in the vehicle,told the same to a family of 6 than overbooked. I am glad he did as we got a 15 passenger bus with a chair lift (for my scooter) a driver who grew up in Skagway and gave us a great tour, He needs to have the tour instead of the guy we booked with.
