We booked this tour late. We were hoping to do rail/ bus combo tour. We were glad we did this one instead. Our tour guide , Andy was exceptional. He was so informative and thoughtful . Our tour started with a visit to the cemetery where Soapy Smith was buried. After telling us the history behind the famous shootout and touring the cemetery, we took the short hike to a beautiful waterfall. Andy was always willing to go the extras mile for us, taking pictures, explaining things, pointing out different locations and making stops for pictures or just a special view. The drive to the Yukon was just beautiful. On the way back to town, Andy took us to an overlook of the city. Then upon returning he pointed out local restaurants, shops, etc. All in all it was simply a wonderful tour!

Beverly, our driver, was awesome - funny, informative and good driving skills. Spent just enough time to see things. Good for those wanting a general overview of the area.

This excursion went to the same places as another excursion we went on so it was disappointing for me. Felt like I wasted my money. Only thing that was different was the little hike to the water falls. That was very pretty.

Debated the train vs bus tour. Glad we bused. Driver/guide was very informative. Told lots of history tales and stories. Made stops along the way. Photo opts and interesting sights. Saw a bear along the roadway - very up close.!! Toured the cemetery and hiked to the falls. Plenty of time to view and enjoy the scenery. Dropped of in the city and wandered on our own.

Our guide on this trip was very knowledgeable about the area. We went as far up as we could to clear the clouds and fog to get a great view and some sunshine.
