Itinerary

Our four day retreats will include different classes, from pre breakfast HIIT to running, box fit, paddle boarding and yoga. Each day there will be a break in the afternoon to allow you to spend some time resting and re charging, taking in your surroundings or having a massage or maybe a swim.
