Cucina Mare Cooking Master Class in Split

The mission is to offer our guests the beautiful experience of cooking with friends and learn more about Croatian culinary and culture. We aim to offer you a cooking experience which is informal and fun and where you will learn to make wonderful dishes together with Chef Ćiro and his team. We want to welcome you to our house as if it was your home and make you feel totally at ease whether you are travelling alone or coming with your spouse, family with kids or friends. Croatia is rich in high-quality products and has a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables; its cuisine is very diverse – so much more than ćevapčići and pizza. We want you to leave feeling you have learnt more than the dishes you made during the course.

We pride ourselves in having organic fruit gardens and use vegetables in season from our own plots in Sabljići, small village about 80 km from Split. We also purchase products from authentic local producers and farmers for example ham, cheese, wine and olive oil. All our producers are as passionate as we are about the Croatian cuisine and making superb local products which you will get a chance to taste.
