About this activity
Itinerary
Situated just outside the footsteps of the Diolcletian's Palace, the Garden Bistro by Hotel Marul conducts Wine tastings on a daily basis. Conducted by our renowned sommelier Kristina, our guests will be treated to 3 fabulous Dalmatian wines. Your wine will be accommpanied by and paired with a tasting of fresh local Dalmatian delicacies including cheese, prosciutto, pancetta, olives, olive oil, onions, marinated shrimps, and bread.
Our Sommelier will talk you through the history of your wine explaining the wine regions within Croatia, the various methods of wine making in Croatia and the varying names of Croatian wines.
Our wine tasting provides our guests a fabulous introduction to the emerging and very exciting wine scene that is Dalmatian Wine.
Our Wine tasting commences each day from 1300h and finishes approx 1430.
Private tastings for groups of 4 or more may be arranged privately by contacting the Garden Bistro
