Explore Split Old town with three delihgtfull delicacies from the roman feasts!
Our first stop will be at a famous restaurant where we will enjoy delicious oysters and sparkling wine with a story about ostrea edulis oysters-delicacy from Adriatic sea popular since the roman times. Afterwards inside of antique Diocletian's thermes we will have Diocletian's rustic game delight an dish common for roman times, related to Emperor Diocletian's prophecy. We will explore Diocletian's private quarters, Vestibul and Peristil square with the oldest Chatedral in the world and conclude the story with wine tasting as all of the roman feasts were paired with wine!

Tour starts with Adriatic oysters tasting and sparkling wine. Oysters have been cultivated near Dubrovnik, in the seabed of Mali Ston bay, since ancient times and consumed in honour of Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty. Nutritionalists who have tasted oysters from Mali Ston bay, still favour them over those from other seas, and they have nothing but words of praise for them – the most delicious oysters in the world!
Then we'll take you to to an excellent restaurant to taste Diocletian's rustic delights - wild boar goulash and figs in honey and wine. As a matter affect, restaurant was built over the imperial Roman baths, dating from the 4th century!
Third stop - wine tasting where you will be introduced with three different dalmatian wines to enjoy their aroma, flavour characteristics and learn which finger food paires the best with our reds and whites.
