About this activity
Departure is 8:30am (or as agreed) from our base in Milna bay on south-eastern side of the island of Vis. After departure half hour of sailing will take us to island of Biševo, well known for its few caves, famous Blue Cave and less known but more exciting Monk Seal Cave on the southern side of the island.
We will spend some time on this southern side of island Biševo to visit Monk Seal Cave and to do some sightseeing of its cliffs and reefs.
Volcanic islet of Brusnik is some half hour ride after we leave island Biševo. It is protected geological area since 1951.On this unique islet we will have a snack and use the rest of the time for activities such as snorkeling, stand up paddling, swimming and exploring the islet by trying to spot endemic black lizard.
Islet itself is really small (150 mt wide and 200 mt long) so you can literally swim or paddle around it and enjoy its incredible underwater world while snorkeling.
Lunch time is planed on, just 2 Nautical miles away, private island of St. Andrew. There after 250 mt uphill hike you will be hosted on a property of one of the few families that own this private island.Lunch (grilled fish), with their famous local red wine, is served in their yard in shade of huge old carob tree with stunning view of big blue Adriatic Sea.On the way back next attraction is famous Blue Cave on island Biševo.
Last stop will be island of Ravnik because of it´s natural phenomena Green Cave.
Return to our base in the late afternoon.
