The tour guide was great, and the waterfalls were beautiful, but the trip was very expensive! We weren't really sure what was causing the trip to be so expensive. For 100 we had a return transfer for 2 people on a shared bus, and park access - seemed very pricey! On the way back we stopped to see a cathedral which didn't fit with the trip not sure why it would be of interest to those who wanted to see a waterfall. It seemed like an unnecessary detour when we were hot and tired and dirty from the waterfalls and just wanted to get back and shower! We ended up just sitting in the shade waiting 45 minutes to be able to get back on the coach. The town the cathedral was in was nothing special very quiet and nothing to see and it was so hot we felt a bit forced to get off the air-conditioned coach for no real reason! If we go back to Split we would look into getting a taxi or bus by ourselves, as this plus park access is probably a lot cheaper and we wouldn't have to stop unnecessarily on the way home.
