This was the highlight of our visit to Split. Our guide Lucija was excellent. She was very enthusiastic and informative not only about the history of Split but also about Croatia. We had never been to Croatia before and did not expect such a warm welcome. Lucija's English is perfect. She is a fantastic host, explaining everything about what we were about to eat and drink, and how best to do it. The food was bountiful and extremely generous, much more than we expected. The people serving the food and wine also gave us information on the traditions and source of the food and wine. We had a wonderful evening. So much so that we will always associate Lucija with Split and a special memory for us. Thank you. We

Wonderful tour led by Olga, a terrific, knowledgeable and interesting guide. We had a chance to sample several regional foods and had a delicious lunch that included local wines and dishes. Well worth the time and money.

Olga was a knowledgeable and excellent tour guide. We sampled so much different food and were well and frequently fed throughout. We also learned some history about the town and the food. My friend and I enjoyed the tour and would recommend to anyone visiting Split!

What a fantastic surprise this tour was. We did the morning tour. Markets with fresh pancetta and bread. Then goat, cow, sheep cheese with olive oil. Then fresh dried figs n nuts. Then schnapps and honey. Then sopika. Then a restaurant for civeche fish bread oil and balsamic vinegar. 2 glasses of wine and macaruni with scampi and cuttlefish! But that's not all. Gelato and cookies!!!!! And the Dolcetian palace! Olga was tremendous. Needless to say we ate nothing for the rest of the day!
