Having a true historian as a guide is a bonus to say the least. Our guide Toni presented a realistic history versus the Hollywood version or the selective histories of historical writers from earlier European powers. We learned to look for anomolies in construction of the Diocletian Palace that are otherwise overlooked. We were interactive with Toni asking our viewpoints and knowledge of written histories in comparison with what he could bring to us. Such a worthwhile tour with Toni. I could listen and share with him all day.! Everyone liked him so much we all went for coffee after and shared more.
