Itinerary

Do these tick your boxes : horses, the outdoors, good food and wine? Then this is for you! A fabulous 1 hour wine tasting trail in a vintage horse drawn carriage between the beautiful Kay and Monty and Lodestone Wine Estates - situated at the foot of the Tsitsikamma Mountains. Sip on a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and then board the carriage for an informative trail along a quaint country lane flanked by vineyards, with views over the mountains to Lodestone Wine Estate. Home grown olives, olive oil and Honeybush Iced Tea tastings plus two wine tastings are served on the Lodestone deck before doing an interesting cellar tour. Board the carriage for Kay and Monty Wine Estate. Optional tappas style lunch is available at the Kay and Monty Restaurant at an additional charge. This is a great activity for special occasions and can be enjoyed by young and old. Alcohol free option available where sparkling grape juice is served.
